I want to talk about the customer service - WOW!! I had a little difficulty setting up the app at first. I emailed them and had a response within minutes! Jake and his team handled everything, fixed the backend and even made some improvements along the way. He never left me stranded. Every email was answered within minutes and he not only fixed the issues but explained everything and offered suggestions. The app is perfect for what we needed! We had been running into apps that were too expensive and did too much. Then there were apps that didn't do enough. This app is the PERFECT app for a simple wholesale solution without all the additional headache that you don't need. It's user friendly, simple to setup and use on the backend. The feedback from the user experience on our website has been very positive. It works well on desktop and mobile devices. I'm very excited for a few updates they have coming out!! I'm definitely a fan.

Excellent customer service. We are in the process of upgrading a very outdated theme and had a lot of detailed questions right out of the box. Jake not only responded immediately but took the time to address each bullet point specifically and in detail and additionally made suggestions outside of just what applied to his app. We really appreciated this level of attention and care. I began my Shopify website building adventure by watching terrific, comprehensive tutorials on their website. The information provided was invaluable to me, especially being a novice platform builder. Our business model includes both Direct Online sales as well as Wholesale. After some research, including what Process Wholesale had to offer, I decided on this app, as it addressed ALL of my needs. I followed the precise directions on their tutorial and am thrilled with the results! I had a question that was answered very quickly and adequately by support staff! I highly recommend this app and their tutorials!! Thank you!

Nice app that is simple and does what it is meant for. Not the best compatibility with mobile devises, but since most stores uses computers that is no big issue.

I have amended this review accordingly after using the app now for a while and it is great. Simple to use and set up for me, which means easy to use for my customers.
Support although not Live support do respond and are helpful but the videos on the set up are actually pretty spot on even for a dinosaur like me to follow. This app is definitely a "keeper".

I was charged $34.99 and I never used the app. They promised a refund, but I never received it.

Launch my pre-orders, the following day an announcement was made of an update, I had 1 order come through, the discounts were not correct, don’t even know how the figures were calculated. When the update happen, it was a spiral from there, we are now 6 days on and I’ve had no response to my email regarding the issue, my pre-orders flopped, everyone that had discounts had to email me to get their order in. I lost a lot of customers trust in my professionalism ans most likely many customers that just couldn’t be bothered to email in their order which is fair enough.

My site now just has 55% off for everyone, it’s actually disheartened, so much time and money went into this to then have it flop because this app just didn’t apply any discounts at checkout like it should and their support team is MIA
