Das Grundkonzept, einen komplett losgelösten B2B-Bereich über das Shoplayout zu legen, hat seinen Charme. Allerdings sorgt dies auch für Verwirrung bei den B2B-Kunden, weil der Warenkorb und andere Elemente aus der B2C-Oberfläche sichtbar bleiben. Die Menüleiste wird nur teilweise verdeckt, was zu ständiger Verwirrung führt.
Großer Vorteil ist tatsächlich, dass die App NICHT in die Shop-Programmierung eingreift und absolut autark funktioniert.
Nachteil ist die umständliche Preis- und Produktpflege sowie die wenig intuitive Bedienweise im Frontend, die deutlich von der gewohnten Bedienweise der Kunden abweicht und so nahezu keine Akzeptanz bei unseren B2B-Kunden findet.
Fazit: Ein nettes Feature für ganz einfach gestrickte Shops mit B2B-Kundenanteil. Aber mehr aktuell leider noch nicht.

Für uns als deutsche Firma ist die B2B App von Eshop Guide die wohl beste auf dem Shopify-Markt, da sie alle Gegebenheiten im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum abdeckt. Brutto-/Nettopreise, VAT-IDs, etc. Kombiniert mit einer einfachen Bedienung und einem sehr guten und netten Support, der Anregungen nicht nur höflich aufnimmt, sondern - wenn machbar - direkt umsetzt und die App weiterentwickelt. Deshalb von uns 5 Sterne.
Die App hat alles, was man sich von einer B2B App wünscht - klar strukturiert und einfache Bedienung. Bei Problemen steht einem ein schneller, kompetenter und netter Support zur Seite - Klare Empfehlung von uns!
