Great App! Very helpful team and responsive team. They set it up with no problem. We love the look of the app, what an amazing idea !!
Perfect fit, fast shipping, Did some research, determined the timer was the problem, ordered the unit. Your web site said it would ship the same day, and to my joy, I had the timer within 24 hours. And within just a few minutes I had the new timer replaced and the 20 year dryer was running like new.
wow, that was very quick and easy to setup and install! I was even able to use it as a Live discussion board in literally seconds plus I can easily modify the font colors and sizes and the layout! Cool beans! Greetings from http://www.leeches.com :)

It works just as it should :)
What I love the most is that i can email them any time and they will custom-modify the settings of each of my sites, to fit the model that i have developed with my q&a sections and sometimes they will transfer questions amongst my different sites. They are very responsive and good people to work with. Keep up the good work sirs!
It lacks two important features:
Allow customers to write the question
Automatically add the question field to all products.
This is a great app to help customers answer any questions they might have about the item. Which will lead to more sales. The app is easy to install and works well with no known issues.

Great app, we have potential customers asking questions right under the product rather than having to use the "contact us" which can be very generic.
If you need a good point of contact for a specific item on your website, this app works very well & is customizable too.

When I first loaded the code I had an error showing which they fixed and they even went as far as matching the colour of Ask a Question button to my existing colour.
After a week of being up, I have had my first query come through. Ask a Question lets customers ask for details quickly when they don't have the time or inclination to live chat, fill out the contact us form or call.
Very impressed! I wish so many websites had something as easy.
