Let me preface this by saying I have never left an app review before but my experience with this one was so awful I have to share. I would be very cautious to recommend this app- when the liquid code was installed by the bold team it deleted all of the prices on my website- it took them over 24 hours to fix- then the bundles were allowing discounts on products that were not suppose to be discounted- I called their customer support nearly a dozen times over 3 days because it was changing pricing on my website so often. The only thing positive i have to say about this app was that their customer service was very kind- although often unable to solve the problem for over 24 hours. Do not install this app if you are expecting a high volume of traffic on your site- it still has bugs (as one of the customer support people admitted to me) and is far more trouble than it is worth- uninstalling now.
The 24/7 app support within the app doesn't work. App doesn't display bundles anywhere, even after using the auto update.
Try to contact support from their site and they don't accept or consider gmail addresses to be that of business. Many use gmail for their business.
Nothing works out of the box and as simple as they say in their description.

I also recreated the Gmail issue with our contact form, and have asked the appropriate team about this in order to see if that was a mistake, or if there's a specific reason we're unable to accept Gmail addresses. Once again, I'm very sorry you had so much trouble getting through to our support team - your experience certainly should not have been like that.

If you're still interested in giving the app a try now that things are working properly (he tested it and ensured it is running correctly on the theme you specified), then we'd love to work with you to get things working how you had hoped to, to the best of our abilities.

6 days later-paid for integration-no response from Bold-tired of waiting-going with a different bundles....and waiting for a refund for the money I paid for integration. Now 3 weeks and no response from Bold-no refund either.
Totally destructive app. My shop has been down for 4 days because their liquid code didn't work and I've been on the phone with Shopify trying to fix it. Avoid this app at all costs.
excellent product support. This is what it is all about. Now that i have 100% confidence in the support team i am confident in seeing positive outcomes on my site using this app.

We are having a terrible experience. We had one ticket issued and then a request to cancel that ticket followed. We have missed the first week of our four week promotion as a result of the slow service response and the inability to support the implementation of the product and it is still not implemented.
Hi, I have seen your reply to our review and we have replied to all your emails and even gave you the requested access to our site. However, we have now abandoned the product.
Hi there. We're very committed to getting to the bottom of this issue for you so that it does not affect your store any further. However, we haven't received a response from you since you first opened a request ticket. Our latest email was sent out yesterday, as a follow-up from our previous 2 emails.
Could you please let me know if there's a better email we can reach you at, just in case these ones aren't going through? One of our specialists also left a message at the number you left us in hopes he could reach you.

Doesn't work very well for us. We need individual products could be assigned to different bundles. The pricing display is also disturbed in collection page. We just removed the app.
I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM 4 STARS FOR THEIR COMPLETE HELP WITH CODING. I THINK THE APP IS VERY USEFUL, BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR A FEATURE TO DISCOUNT MY SOCKS WHEN YOU BUY 3 OR MORE PAIRS, BUT IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT FEATURE, SO I REQUESTED TO CANCEL. I WAS GOING TO KEEP IT ANYWAY, BUT I HAVE OTHER COSTLY APPS , SO I'LL COME BACK TO THIS WHEN I START MAKING PROFITS.
Don't bother installing this piece of crap if you are also running Bold Subscriptions. They don't tell you this until after you've bothered to install this and then your left in limbo. Support is non-existent - still awaiting a reply after raising two support requests. Only Bold could make two Shopify apps that are incompatible with each other! What the hell were they thinking?

Bit clunky, hard to install (requires searching for and editing lines of code in your template), design of bundles looks poor when you have 6 items. It's OK if you want to bundle 3 items but any more looks horrible. Sadly there are no other apps for bundling products. Now have to figure how to uninstall this app.
