After initially contacting support via their website, I was advised the issue was related to Shopify and couldn’t be resolved directly. I reached out again through Shopify and was connected with Etienne, who worked tirelessly to fix the problem—product personalisation's weren’t coming through with orders to either the customer or our design team. Etienne’s dedication and persistence were outstanding. 100% great customer support. Highly recommended!
Appreciate support helping me customize the templates for the best user experience. Highly recommend. App was easy to install and setup. Only needed help with the templates showing my custom options.
