The app is great, and I actually encountered a few issues and the team helped me right away. they even stayed with me in the chat for hours until all my issues are solved, and made some unique adjustments just for me without charging me a penny.
The guy who helped me called "Deepanjoy", if you have him on chat, you are in a great hands.

The app has really helped me simplify my products so I don't have to have a million Variants.

I had my zoom demo yesterday, what a great experience! My representative started out asking me what I needed to be successful. He was so helpful helping me set up the app. I'm a novice at most of this and now I will be able to have my customers upload and design features of my products. We used this app for almost two years and it worked well. We changed some of our product lines and no longer needed the app. Shevaughn was tremendous in helping with closing the account and helping me with a couple of technical issues.
