I came over from Bold options (what a disaster) everything I wanted that Bold Options failed to deliver is included with this app!!!!
Pros:
- easy install
- Implemented all options in 15 minutes without training
- support available, even 5.58am
- Works on FLEX theme by OOTSB
Cons:
- Logic option not available in Base package, for now I have to do without

I would force everyone to use this app if i could!! AMAZING! Yes, i did have a major problem.. My old theme wouldnt accept the app BUUUUT the rep talked with me for almost an hour while he attempted to do everything possible in the coding world for just me! He was so helpful!! before him-after a few emails i got frustrated and left my number AND I GOT A CALL !! I changed my theme just to support the app because of how helpful the rep was. He even made sure everything would work perfect on my new theme. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Runs super smooth and great price you can't beat. if i didnt love the app so much i would not have changed my theme just for it lol THANKS AGAIN TAKEEN FROM PRODUCT OPTIONS AND CUSTOMIZER TEAM

It is very useful and compatible with my multiple themes. Customer service is also fast. It provided me to create multiple personalization choices in my site.

I can't say enough good thing about this app. I love that I have a way to add personalization and customization to the products I sell. The customer service is unmatched. Always friendly and quick with a fix and a follow up no matter the time, especially since I work at night. I would definitely recommend this app.

Exactly what I was looking for! I had some difficulty setting it up, but I hopped on the live chat and within minutes I gave them access to my store and they went it and did everything for me - very happy with this app.

I have tried the top, like 8-10, apps like this that I could find in the Shopify App Store. This one was the most comfortable for me. I love the amount of options. I love how simple and user-friendly the set-up is. What's most important though is the quality customer service I've received. I got this app two days before a product was going live. I had a small issue or two. My problems were resolved quickly and with friendliness. I am confident that as soon as I have more products to add custom options to, I'll be ready to upgrade to a paid plan for this app without hesitation. Thank you! I will be suggesting this app to other shop owner friends!

This app is amazing! it integrated with my page fly landing page perfectly. I didn't have to deal with any complicated code which I highly appreciated. I was able to include a text field and image upload for my custom product. Definitely get it if you're looking to save yourself time and effort :)

The team at ShopStorm is outstanding. Setting up Product Customizer was totally painless, and I have a pretty complex product configuration... no unexpected problems at all. One of the things I was looking for in a product options app was the ability to have certain options priced as a percentage of the total config instead of just a flat option price, and when I asked ShopStorm if this were possible they offered to custom develop it for me! Percentage-based pricing is not something that's available in any of the other product configurator apps, so if that's something you require then Product Customizer is definitely what you need to get that done.

Bottom line is that ShopStorm is fully behind their products, and their support team does a great job making sure their products will do what you need them to do.
