I wouldn't be without this app as it is great for offering the options I require to my customers.
I have contacted support a few times and their service has always been very quick, efficient and friendly - a big plus point for continuing with my loyalty to this particular app.

The app has helped me include variations to my products that i otherwise couldn't have. The support is very good, in particular a support technician named Aman, he has very good knowledge and helped me massively!

Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks.

The app is useful and supports oriental language well! (On the contrary, the apps from Shapify usually don't support oriental languages.) The support team is efficient and helpful.
We love this app! Were just starting out and can't wait to add lots of custom products to our new site...more feedback soon :)
