I'm done with this app. We've been using it for several years now, but this is the end. During our Black Friday sale we set up tiered discounts. Some variants of products were discounted 20%, some were 25%. Unfortunately, this app incorrectly discounted all of our variants 25%. It has worked fine for quite some time until we reached out to support and they told us we had two versions installed on our store. While the extra 5% may not seem like much, it is 10% more than we would typically discount our products due to our margins. We will stick with Shopify's automatic discounts going forward, especially since they finally allow you to choose if coupon stacking is an option or not.
5 support requests later, still no response

I tried removing the discount I had applied and it hasn't applied it to all my products even though the sync was complete. Tried to reach out to customer support as this needs fixing urgently but I'm out of hours - not good enough for an e-comm store. I have uninstalled the app but it has not fixed my problem.
Hey there - really sorry for the trouble you had. Wondering if maybe the products that didn't discount simply weren't selected? It should always discount all the products selected, but if you selected a product in a collection, or a by tag etc and maybe some products weren't included they were missed.
I removed and discounts still applied. I cant remove. And support NEVER RESPONDS
Something doesn't sound right, wondering if you maybe tried to remove the discounts another way and not through the app? The app discounts products through Shopify's API, and then when you turn off a sale it changes them back through the API. Sometimes we see merchants try to manually change prices back in Shopify rather than through the app. Wondering if maybe that happened.
SCAM! Do NOT install this app! There is no free version, and it will cause serious issues with your store. I'm struggling to fix the broken code. This type of app should not be allowed on Shopify.
Hi There - I'm very sorry for the trouble you had. The app shouldn't include any code in your shop, it only discounts prices. Wondering if maybe another app conflicted?
You are correct, the app isn't free, but there is a free trial. Apologies if that was confusing in the pricing. The free version listed is if it's installed in a Dev shop, or Shopify Sandbox test shop.
DO NOT USE THIS APP! Installed today and used the 'straight out of the box' discount creator. It has a very simple system in order to create the discount but when we turned it on, it applied the discount, sitewide TWICE. And it did so by changing the physical price on our shopify products (not just front end displayed price). We are losing hundreds of dollars by the minute and you can't reach any staff at all outside of the standard contact hours - no emergency help. You can't reverse their discounts, they have changed all of our pricing!!
Was great but now does not work for my timezone and resulted in advertised sales not starting at the scheduled times which was a complete disaster. Submitted support ticket by email and had no response.
I am so confused with the upgrade. I cant get the sale to tag onto the Wale page. The Discounts are not applying. I am so frustrated!

SLOW... no options, and no stats... used twice and it was a nightmare, every time we had to turn on to test or turn off, had to wait like 30 mins for it to complete....much better ways to accomplish this by simple exports/imports using bulk edit tags etc... and did I mention SLOWWW. Heck I just noticed we been paying for this for years... heck I thought we cancelled it after the trial.. and its $20/month! It's not worth $2/month seriously... and did I mention SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW? Will be removing now.
Sorry for your negative experience with our app. Appreciate the feedback however, we'll let the developers know to look into speeding up sync time.
