App could be better and there is no scope for enhanced features or customisable options.
In terms of adding fees and surcharges, the function does not do well in shopping carts and customers can delete the option which defeats the purpose in the first place.

It stops working randomly, causing a blocked white screen. Lost thousands of dollars in sales. Even after support fixed the issue once. Cant risk using this app anymore.

Great app for adding order processing fees. Simple to use and does exactly what we need. The support team (Angie) is super helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. Highly recommend.

Tried the demo store. The processing fee doesn't apply itself of you just click "buy now".
