10/10 Works great and the customer service s great. We had a problem setting up the filters, and Helen helped us review and finish setting up in the most efficient way.
We recommend the app.

I am recommending this Globo App for those stores that use many filter fields for product or collection search. Especially valueable Globo Filters's feature is that you can use metadata fields when there is not enough Shopify standard 3 options.
That feature is proposed only by Globo.
Also, Globo has a wonderful real-time support team heahed by Helen.
It took us together just 1 day to embed Globo Filter with 5 megafields into Empire theme.
Taking into consideration that I am located at Vancouver (Canada) and Helen - in Hanoi (Vietnam).

just awful. Absolutely not user friendly. Have no idea how to work with this app, and no live chat. Removed and trying to forget it.

Very useful app to have all the filters needed on each collection page and easy to use. Excellent customer service and any issues we've had have been looked into and fixed quickly. Overall, good app and would recommend!

Excellent service we could not run our store without this app highly recommend, the team are always on hand with quick replies the few times we have had an issue and it is very quickly resolved.

The customer service is always ready to answer your problems, whether they can or not depending the ask you will always get support the same day.
