The customer service is beneficial and prompt. We used another filter app before and they don't support the new theme, Expanse. Luckily, we found their adapted app to help us out.

Tried a few product filter apps and this one allowed the most customization. Had one minor issue with our theme and support fixed very quickly!

Easy to install, takes just about an hour or so to learn, does what it's supposed to. Has attentive support that replies fast and solves concerns immediately. Support helped me clean up my filters, integrated my storefront with a separate rating app (judge.me), and helped me include my ratings as a filter. 3 days in but loving it so far.

The support team was extremely helpful and prompt in their response. They are receptive to custom requests and even went the extra mile by helping me fix the site's alignment (which was not the filter's issue at all)! The app is easy to use, looks great, and A++ for their support team!

Great app and sure does hold way more features than the default shopify app that they offer.
