I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Rose Mary, Tony and the team at Boostcommerce. Not only were they quick to respond, but invested time without hesitation merging their code with my custom (external) theme, which was not trivial.

The Product Filter app just works and really improves the customer journey, especially in product/variant rich shops. Also the support is fast responding and did a really great job solving an issue that we encountered. Absolute reccomendation.

Had an issue with a collection not sorting properly based on the back-end collection settings. Support staff was very responsive and helpful
We have quite a large site with many collections, and this app really helped us making navigation on our site better! The side-bar function is simply perfect and our visitors started spending more time on our site after we integrated this app.
Furthermore, the staff are amazing and reply immediately with answers and solutions to whatever problems you could have.
We have been using this product for over a year now and would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of feature. They are very responsive whenever we have a question or need help with a filter. Response time is usually within 24 hours and often with complete resolution - not just a reply to your inquiry! Very happy with them.
Quick to help with support and very professional. Their search functionality also allows for synonyms. Definitely easier to use than the Shopify Search App.
