We have been using the Amplify app in our store for a long time and are very satisfied. The support is super fast and competent.

I reported a problem in the chat and Ivan took care of it immediately and fixed the problem.

Everything is great, the app is highly recommended.

we have so many problems with this app. it is a continuous stream of technical problems, we have to pause our marketing efforts when their bundles break again. happens many times during the weekend and they dont even email back then. and that for such an expensive app
do not use this terrible app. is the only thing i can say. the tech is bad. their support team is kind, but the core product, which is an IT solution, is really bad and unstable costing you so much money as a business owner.

I have a lot of success with the bundle options, it's a great way for me to move old stock in volume and my customers love having done for them outfits. The customer support chat is prompt to answer and (Ugur) went above + beyond in helping me with an issue!

We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! Been using pickystory for a month now and it has been a big help. We used to make bundles manually through shopify and tracking inventory and skus for all of the bundles was a hassle. Pickystory makes it much better. The best part is the quick customer service. Anytime we run into any type of issue they are always available. They are very helpful and responsive. I also like that they take my suggestions and put them in the queue for future updates.
