Sami AI Product Labels & Badge

The tech support is very helpful, the app is a bit clunky (the free version at least). I wanted to create a badge with a hover-over tooltip. Haley (excellent customer service) helped me make it exactly the way I envisioned it.
Unfortunately, you have to upgrade to make the tooltip work. It was not clear at all in the so that the hover over option wasn’t available in the free version. I spent hours troubleshooting it. Thank you Haley for helping me!

Installed the app and immediately created a label. The first label did not show up on my webshop and contacted the support team. It took only a matter of minutes to get a reply and they checked every setting together.

It was a small issue in the config and they detected it very fast.

The other labels worked perfectly from the start.

Great an easy solution with lots of options regarding the design (custom badges) and layout (visiblity on specific pages).
Customer Service was also very helpful to implement minor adjustment to make this function fully on our specific theme.
