We are thrilled to share our outstanding experience with BSS Product Labels & Badges! Their service is truly exceptional, and their app performs flawlessly when it comes to showcasing labels on our product and listing pages. The support team is not only incredibly helpful but also impressively responsive. Any concerns or problems that may arise are promptly and effectively addressed, leaving us thoroughly impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Issues are to be expected with any app, of course.
However, for us, what dictates the continual use of an app after it's installed is how the devs of address the issues and the speed at which they do so.
I can confidently say that Jolie and the devs have promptly fixed not only the small issues that have come up, but have helped us already with over 10-20 small customization-related things.
They have gotten our site exactly where we want it.
Small issue - All of our product pictures are 16:9, so when we are on the sample page positioning the location of the labels in the app settings - it stretches our product photos to 1:1 and this makes it sort of difficult to determine where the label will actually show up, but there is a workaround we were able to do for this pretty easily.
Overall we certainly recommend this app. 5/5

Great app! Really like the functions and features about the product labels and sale banners. The technical team responses very fast and fix the issues right away.
Overall is pretty good. Does what we expected. We only use the badge feature now. The UI of the app can be more clean and user-friendly. But their support team is really good, quick response, resolved our problems quickly and well.
The application is very useful and helps a lot in highlighting our products. The service and support has always been very attentive and very responsive.

Easy to use app and great customer support. Our theme turned out to not be 100% compatible with the app. We needed direct support regarding a discount that was active in our shop that day. Jennie replied right away and made sure our case would be handled with priority. The problem was fixed within an hour!
