BSS: Product Labels & Badges

Been using this app for a while now and so far absolutely cannot fault it at all. Recently had a slight hiccup where a label was showing incorrectly on a featured product block on our home page, however after reaching out to the support team, Jena Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick at lending a hand and Nguyen Kim Tung was able to fix our issue in less than a day. Jena, was also great at keeping me in the loop and updating me as to how the issue was being handled.

I'm currently trying the product labels and badges app for Shopify. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides VIP support service for all customers. I contacted BSS to get support as I have some questions about the features. Nice Explanation, everything they explained very well...A good job always.
I asked them for Positioning the badge & Jena helped me.
There are a few things to say about Jena, she handled my issue pretty quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly. To evaluate the app is quite easy to use, I can almost install it easily through the user guide is written quite detailed, however, I still wish they develop more features and more stickers available in the future. I will definitely try the app on my other stores. Concluding that the app is worth using and above all good support service for all customers. Recommend!

This did exactly what I needed. I've been searching for a way to add a free shipping badge to certain collections in my shop and this worked great. Most of the apps I've looked at seem to only be able to add badges to every product in the entire store, which is not what I wanted. Easy to use, I uploaded my own icon (although the included ones are fine) and selected which collections (or products) I wanted to add it to. The whole process only took a couple of minutes. All of this on the free plan so I'm pretty happy with the app so far.

The app is very useful for us, especially during the sale season. Jena from the support team is always attentive and professional, and she assists with every technical issue or question. Though the app suffers from bugs quite often, Jena is always eager to solve them.

This app is AMAZING! It's exactly what I need for my Shopify store and more... I love the fact that you can fully customise the labels and position them wherever you like. This is by far the best product label app I have come across. The customer service is outstanding... There was a small glitch with the positioning of some of my labels but it was immediately fixed. The technicians, customer support executive Jolie and dev Nguyen Dinh Tuan Ngoc went above and beyond with assisting me. So thrilled with the outcome! I highly recommend this app.

We installed the app to get some labels for our BFCM deals and it was super easy to install and worked right out of the box. We had one challenge with another integration in our store that was a little more complicated but the support team and Stephanie got on it right away and resolved it quickly. Could not be any happier and would recommend this app for anyone looking for labels or badges on their shopify site! We are a really happy customer.

Never had service and support like this before dont hesitate to install this app, they will help you with any issue! I dont had problems with functions or anything just some positions and crossings of some lables. This app is really easy to understand and is equipped with a lot of functions and settings. I added all lables which i needed for my page because of many other apps and bugs from theme i contacted them to help with some positions. In case of this enquiry it was not just a help they fixed all things and customized some special features for me! Every day I got an answer to my questions also feedback when they needed more time! About Jennie's questions, only thing what would be a really cool feature update, if your lables also available for the basket would be really cool, because i could say to the customer hey look your product is availalbe and promote buying.
For now im really happy with the result! Thanks again for you work and great support.
