Rubbish apps and company! Totally ridiculous to secretly switching our free plan to the paid plan without our permission, and charging us the money for several months! This is totally ridiculous!

We understand how concerning it is to see an unexpected charge, especially after uninstalling an app. We reviewed the billing issue and processed the refunds, including the additional charge you reported, and confirmed that there will be no further charges from EasyFlow after uninstalling.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right. We’ve reached out and are still waiting to hear back from you regarding the resolution.
Very Bad experience, late response. And after wasting time what we got is lame excuse.
rules not applying consistently, rearranged things in product page yet they didn't take effect, fees added where not applied and I have to take a loss on several orders due to it.
