I am absolutely amazed by the service I’ve received. I recently switched from another app that cost nearly twice as much and constantly forced me to create add-on products when all I wanted was simple price adjustments tied to variants and options. With Optis Product Options, everything works seamlessly exactly the way I needed it to.
What really sets this app apart, though, is the support team. The customer service has been exceptional. They responded quickly, helped me set up specific option rules I needed, and even went as far as writing custom code to make a custom option work exactly the way I envisioned.
It’s rare to find support that is this responsive and genuinely helpful. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of service I’ve received has been outstanding. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible product options backed by an incredible support team.

The support team is outstanding – fast, professional, and always helpful. Every question or issue we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
The app itself is powerful but not overly complicated. After a short learning period, it becomes easy to manage, even for non-technical users. The setup and configuration process is smooth and well structured.

I only marked 4 stars, because no one is perfect. That being said, they are as close to it as I have found so far. Had another customization app that was just not working, tried Optis, and everything worked as described and much more intuitive than the last, and where I found issues (usually because I did something wrong) their customer service helped me immediately. Even going so far as to correct the visual aesthetic the way I wanted.
So far they are the best I have found and would recommend to anyone looking for option customization for their Shopify Pages.

I recently decided to offer personalized engravings to my handcrafted ornament line. I was looking for an app that allowed me to add additional options to each listings. I installed OPTIS to test it out, and decided it was perfect for my needs. I had a few installation questions and their customer support was quick to respond and tweak a few things to get it to work flawlessly with my Rebuy cart. No functions that should be out of the box available, but the team was very responsive, and solved all our issues in less than 10 minutes.

Eine supper App um einen Shop mit Personalisierbaren Optionen zu erstellen. Der Kundensupport ist supper schlell und erklärt alle Fragen detailreich.
Sie helfen auch direkt bei der Einrichtung, wenn man nicht draus kommt.
Für mich war die Erweiterte Variante für 9.99$ die beste Möglichkeit alles so zu gestalten wie ich es gerne hätte.
Die kostenlose Variante hat auch schon einiges drin je nach dem was man braucht reicht auch diese.
