Cherry was very helpful. The app has very good options on the free plan. Unfortunately, I needed to be able to connect my inventory to the variant option, which cannot be done without upgrading. Which does not work for me at this time. Regardless, Cherry was very helpful at meeting my needs to her best ability, answering my questions and responding in a timely manner. Cherry's help gets 5 stars from me.

We completely understand your concern regarding inventory tracking for upsell products. At the moment, this feature is included in our paid plans because it requires deeper system integration and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate stock syncing. That said, we know every store is at a different stage, and timing for upgrades can vary.
Our goal is always to keep the free plan genuinely useful while offering more advanced functionality for merchants who need deeper customization and inventory control. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate how we structure our plans and what growing stores need most.

Edit again* Just a friendly reminder to never EVER trust apps to hold your data safe guys, I recently switched from the paid plan to the free plan on Optis for a bit and in the process, all my images used as swatches were just gone for some reason. It took hours and hours to get those images back, so always keep a copy of every swatch you upload just in case and always confirm with the team to see if they can back up your images before you change plans.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you encountered with your swatch images. The issue was caused by a temporary sync problem in our image storage process, which affected how some uploaded swatch images were retained. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially after spending time setting everything up.
Since then, we’ve improved our image storage and backup mechanism to ensure that all swatch images uploaded going forward are safely stored and consistently backed up in our database. This update was made specifically to prevent similar cases from happening again and to give merchants peace of mind when using the app.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused. If you ever decide to continue using OPTIS, our 24/7 support team is always available to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly.

This app didn't work out for us however Emma and Pham Ngoc Hoang and Jonas were really helpful in trying to resolve our issues.
