BSS Product Options, Variant

I've been using this app for over a year. Some of my products require variant options that push over the 100 given my Shopify. This has helped my store immensely.

Just spoke with a few of the staff here too regarding fixing up the watermark visibility, and it was fixed in two seconds and extremely friendly and professional during the process.

I have customized bracelets and this app is so great for handling my personalization needs including support for multiple product swatches for all my color options as well as many other options to give buyers the ability to give their loved ones a truly one of a kind gift. Highly recommend!

Only thing I wish was different was you could require questions based off of input from another question. Also wish there was a way for a question to show if any text is put into a text box, not just specific text.

Absolutely fabulous and user friendly! I use BSS Product Options for a bunch of my products that require a certain color and style to be chosen. I was first using another app but the options disappeared when I was using my phone to check for errors! The last thing you want when you have 80% of your customers using a mobile device for ordering is not having the options to choose from. Insert BSS! I was able to quickly create my first product variant and options within 10 minutes and choose the products to connect those variants to. I was surprised at how user friendly the app was and how easily I was able to modify what I needed. The staff (Looking at you Frank ;) ) was also super helpful and quick at getting the watermarks removed for free. I'm forever grateful for a nice user-friendly app to help my business look professional and save me time. Thanks BSS!

FINALLY an app that doesn't charge you for every single thing you do! This app is amazing for businesses just getting started and operating with a lean budget. It's honestly way more user friendly than a lot of apps that I've paid for in the past. Their customer service is amazing as well! Frank helped me out and made sure everything was functioning just the way I needed it to. Definitely recommend!

I honestly can't remember ever leaving an app review but I HAD to make sure to let everyone know that the 5 star reviews are real. I accidentally started a chat and that chat helped me to find an issue I didn't know that I had. That, to me, is impeccable service and more importantly care for the user of the app. I am confident that any questions or issues I have will be handled promptly. In terms of the ease of use and application - both are very intuitive. I have a bad habit of over segmenting and also not reading instructions. I was able to mostly successully build my customizations intuitively.

I appreciate that this app offers all the features I need at no cost. The customer support team has been exceptionally helpful, and the app itself is intuitive and easy to navigate. I had a hard time to find an app that has multiple variant options including file upload, and this app has it all! I also only found this out because I had an issue with another app which I was using the file upload for, and the BSS support chat Julie told me that it's all possible here. I also love the fact that chat is available when many apps don't offer that. She stayed with me the whole time of reinstalling to get what I needed! I recommend this app to everyone who is offering custom products for people!
