my experience was great with the app because it was very straight forward to get everything up and running. Plus the customer service was great and very helpful with all the questions i asked and they did a great drop of getting it all up and tested big thanks the Lily and Julie for all there help and the rest of the team.

Everything worked pretty much out of the box. The app is perfect for our needs – we're doing some personalised products for Christmas, so our customers can record their preferences in the order easily.

Great simple app that should have been available in Shopify to begin with. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Only needed customer to provide comments in choosing a variant, but not affecting the stock number.

Great customer service, especially for a free app that's fulfilling what Shopify should already be doing. I only reached out for help with the watermark removal, and ended up having several other key details improved.
