I think it's an easy-to-use app with plenty of features. Customer service is also good.
I consulted with them about removing the decimal point notation for Japanese yen, and they responded. They also fixed an error in my cart that I didn't notice.

So I have been using Hulk Product Options for a while. The interface is very intuitive and was easy to set up and use, from the product options all the way through the conditional logic setup. The few times that there were some "snags", i jumped on Chat Help and not only were they immediately responsive, but they fixed the minor issues right away. If you are on the fence, give them a shot, you won't regret it!

App is very capable and support is very responsive and have gone over an above to assist. It is a little confusing to configure yourself without support and documentation is a little light.
Custom development have helped me achieve what I want so this is greatly appreciated. Lina is very great and helpful, couldn't do it without her.

We love this app, once you get the hang of it (as a non-tech savvy person) the options are basically endless. The tech support is brilliant, patient and so very skilled with solving multiple possible solutions!

チャットでは基本英語対応ですが、自動翻訳などもあるので英語が苦手でも大丈夫です。
ただし利用するテーマとの相性もあり、バグが多々でます。
そのバグもチャットで「ここを直してほしい！」と伝えると、１時間もしないうちに修正してくださるのですごく助かります。
This app was recommended by Shopify because I wanted some special features. HulkApps is really great! Not only did they have exactly what I needed, the customer service from my initial email (Andrea) to my tech support was excellent! The app works very well for very complex products. There is a bit of a learning curve to get the conditions to work the way you may want but if you have issues, support has been invaluable in assisting us with configuration of the rules.

This app has been amazing so far. I have been using it for about 6 months or so and it has changed my online store completely! Plus the customer service is fantastic, in my opinion. They are responsive and provide a step by step resolution.
