Great experience with Customer service with Eric. I had a specific issue and the team replied promptly with steps to try to help, not only that, in the same message offered an alternative contact solution if the steps didn't work, this eliminates an extra message going back and forth and waiting for a reply. We are using Globo on our Website to tailor a portion of our product page and it works really well! We even wanted to customize a part of the Globo app itself (buttons sizing, colors & some other functions) and their support team was there to help with a custom CSS that fit our needs.
Great app and very easy to use! The installation and setup of the app is very straight forward. More importantly their customer service is great! Had an issues with one of my option sets not appearing on the site. CS responded and solved the issue quickly! Highly recommended
Helen from Globo Product Support was super helpful and responsive! We purchased a new theme which messed with the app and my website wasn't responding properly on mobile. She jumped in and found the issue quick and realized its an conflict with another third party app. She asked for permission to disable the app and attempt to fix the other app for me. Luckily she did because she fixed it faster than the other app company could even get to it.
