This app is absolutely FANTASTIC and the customer service team have been wonderful. They have been so helpful in sorting out some customisation for us and they are super quick at responding and managed to sort everything out for us. There's many options of what you can do with this app. We use it for gathering personalised info from customers as well as checkboxes.

Great experience with Customer service with Eric. I had a specific issue and the team replied promptly with steps to try to help, not only that, in the same message offered an alternative contact solution if the steps didn't work, this eliminates an extra message going back and forth and waiting for a reply.
