Great app with really helpful staff!
I highly recommend this to any store owner who is looking for this type of app
They offer many options and you are able to customize them how you want it

I contacted Globo to modify the appearance of the widget in my store. Helen resolved the issue very quickly.

Super easy interface, I would recommend the mid tier option unless you do need the image drop down. I do wish they have an active product customizer but for everything else they have been solid

This app is fantastic for allowing customers to enter requirements for personalised items we have available which cuts down the amount of admin time for me. It’s excellent and the support I’ve had from the Support team when I encountered a small problem was fast and efficient - highly recommend.
