Globo Product Options, Variant

I have used this app since right after I started my children’s boutique (for almost three years) and it has made life so much easier! The app is very affordable in my opinion, user-friendly, and was easy to set up for someone who has very little tech knowledge! I have had to reach out to customer service on a couple of occasions and their team is always quick to help and very knowledgeable at helping solve any issues I’ve had! I have, and will continue to recommend Globo to others needing a Shopify customization app like this!

Great customer service. hats off for that, but this app does not support new Shopify themes. I have been reporting issues from the beginning, but no proper solution has been provided. They keep suggesting we use themes like Dawn, so what is the point of purchasing a new theme? I even subscribed to their third plan. Yes, the app does its job and is good in that sense, but what is the point if it cannot support newer themes? Do not tell clients to switch to a theme like Dawn when they have already paid for a new Shopify theme and your app and are simply asking for assistance. Very disappointed.

Globo has been very easy to work with and has great customization tools. However, I had an issue with the "add to cart" animation on my theme for products using Globo Product Option sets. I reached out to Globo and Clara was super quick to respond and assist. Although there are some theme limitations where the animation isn't possible, Clara still improved the add to cart process by allowing customers to still stay on the product page instead of being taken to the checkout process. Thank you Clara and the Globo team!

Die App funktioniert wirklich hervorragend. Nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnung kommt man schnell rein und erzielt zügig richtig gute Ergebnisse – deutlich besser, als man es anfangs erwarten würde. Besonders die Live Preview ist ein absoluter Traum.

Ein großes Lob auch an den Support: Rosi ist unglaublich geduldig, hilfsbereit und behält selbst bei den „kompliziertesten“ Fragen die Ruhe. So einen Support erlebt man wirklich selten.

This did take a little while to connect to the product listings, but a quick Chat with Mike and it was all sorted. I went from having over 70 variations (which meant 70+ items to keep track of) to just a small number.

After trying out various other option apps, I’ve come back to Globo Product Options for the 4th time! The reason I finally chose them was the outstanding support. Clara provided lightning-fast answers to my questions and helped me solve my problems right away. I’m really happy I settled on this app.

This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!
