Store breaks often because of this app.

Formatting is a PAIN in the BUTT to do and takes DAYS to complete.

No automatic "out of stock" disclaimer and customers can add it to their order, but then get an error when trying to check out with no description, thus you lose tons of sales.

Pain and waste of time trying to add new variants and manually get the thumbnails uploaded for each color

The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

I'm a complete novice so it's always nerve racking when asking for help - but my call for help was answered within seconds and Mike talked me through the solution to my problem.
