W3 Custom Product Options

We are previous users of Product Options by Bold which costs more per month and also had issues costing us over a thousand dollars. After seeking a new app that can provide properly functioning product options we came across this app. Our theme was not on the supported list, but their team was able to get things installed quickly for us. Within 24 hours of installation the product options were set up and working. The price of the app is extremely fair for how well it functions and the options it provides, not to mention that it works and looks great! Customer service seems quick to respond and willing to help. This app will be utilized by our store for a long time!

Exactly what I was looking for without charging extra for each of the things I needed like conditional logic for my listings. I use a lot of customization in my pet items and needed something they could easily fill out in the listings without having to supply all the information in the notes on check-out. I had a little trouble as my theme didn't have all the coding but the guys helped me out immediately and with amazing customer service! Definitely will keep this one around for a long time! I've been using this app for many years now and it's been a game changer for my business. We sell many items with custom specs that simply cannot be achieved using native Shopify options. That's where this app shines: It's intuitive and lightweight on the theme. The best of all is the support service which is professional and quick to act. I very much recommend paying the installation fee to have the W3 team iron out everything for you and have the app up and running right away. Highly recommended app and service!

Just doing a theme upgrade and APP support was brilliant. I have used this App now for a few years and it does actually get me sales. Love the conditional logic which makes it easier to customise to my personal needs and customer demographics.

Update: App works great. I have no complaints. Only thing on my "wish list" would be to add photos to the options. But for the price it can't be beat.

Can I just start off by saying....the guys at W3 are F*CKING LEGENDS!
I've never had better service from anyone in my entire Shopify experience. Responses are quick and they work to find solutions to make their product better for everyone.

We have their quote app as well (also 5 stars) and actually originally used BOLD's product options and had it integrated. BOLD's version (and service) was a nightmare but these guys made their shit work.

But you have no idea how relieved and amazed we were when they told us they made their own version. And HOLY SWEET JESUS was W3's version a MILLION TIMES BETTER! It's so much easier to create new options, upload files, make conditional formatting and not to mention their colour picker option! It's just so much more logical and everything is in one place (unlike other mentioned app).

Best part is they have only got started, with more users, feedback and experiences this and all their apps are going to continue to grow and get better.

SHORT VERSION: If you're tossing up between Bold or any other version of this kind of app. Look no further, you won't regret it.

I was searching for an app that let me put customization options on my UNIQUE one of a kind products, this app truly NAILED the bill. Simple enough to navigate and use, the FAQ is very helpful and the Customer Support is top notch. Had an issue come up *not with the app itself, just with my lack of knowledge* and they replied to my request very quickly and got it resolved. Let's me put all the customization options I need on my products and functions very well! Would recommend.
