The app is really good with a variety of options and the support we have enjoyed has been quick and very knowledgable.

Awesome app and even better support! I have looked at a number of product configurator apps. This one was by far the easiest to set-up and functions the best. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. What I love about this app is I can use just the product options for certain products or add the live configurator for others. Previously I was using two separate apps to do that.

BLOWS BOLD AP AWAY! We have been fighting and searching high and low to find an ap that allowed us to offer more options than Shopify's ridiculous cap of 100 variants. We tried Bold which is one of the largest AP companies on shopify and their options ap was NOT even formatted for mobile devices..WHAT THE HELL? I mean 82% of our customers shop and buy on mobile devices.

2. This ap is super super simple to use and integrated into our store theme with no problem. They offer a professional instal for only $25.00 WELL WORTH the money to get it done quickly and correctly.

3. At only 8.99 a month the Price is unbelievably fair for what you get!

4. This allows us to offer value package and bundles to our customer they they can choose from say 10 different options plus they can also customize their own shirts, hats and bundles as well as offering personalization on stickers and engraving on key chains ect.

5. GAME CHANGER for us! Now instead of having pre set value packages they can now choose from countless options and this drives revenue way up. We have been using it for less than 48 hours and already seen a jump when we offered the product options on several of our packages.

I highly recommend this ap simple easy and best of all it WORKS the way it's supposed to!!!

The APP is easy to use and accommodates all my needs to offer personalized gifts to my customers. After 2 years of proven quality, we decided to upgrade the look of the app to expand our personalize collection. Brad finds the best solution for my request and implemented beautifully exceeding our most elevated expectations. 10-2022 Update - I've been using this app for several years now. The support team was absolutely critical in the migration to a 2.0 theme. We ran into an issue the day of the migration and they went above and beyond to not only fix it but help with our particular requests. Top notch!! Fantastic app! Took our store to the next level. I had a few issues along the way and the support was lighting fast. These guys are great!

The Custom Product Options app is just what I was looking for. Although it did take quite some time to configure, the end result is perfect. The numerous options with conditional logic and a product image that depicts the options selected will really help us. This app also has excellent support. Responses were very quick and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend Custom Product Options!

Product is exactly what I need and works great. Had a few issues with my set up but that was due to previous installations of another app. The team at W3 sorted it all out for me no problem. Thank you.

We are previous users of Product Options by Bold which costs more per month and also had issues costing us over a thousand dollars. After seeking a new app that can provide properly functioning product options we came across this app. Our theme was not on the supported list, but their team was able to get things installed quickly for us. Within 24 hours of installation the product options were set up and working. The price of the app is extremely fair for how well it functions and the options it provides, not to mention that it works and looks great! Customer service seems quick to respond and willing to help. This app will be utilized by our store for a long time!
