Excellent App - Easily Stylable to match your stores in-build variant selectors. Unlimited customisation and all pulls through nicely at checkout with no problems. No other choice for those that need to apply a complex set of options to their products. Shoutout to Julian and Mona from BOLD who rapidly assisted with implementation and bug-checking/fixing with a very quick turnaround.

Rifat gave me excellent customer service! They processed my new request quickly when I needed to install the app onto a new theme I was launching to ensure a seamless transition from one theme to the next!

Room Tonic uses BOLD Product Options for product variants on custom furniture pieces that we sell online. It is a very powerful app. As such, it is not a wizard-like app that will walk you through all of its capabilities. Apps like this require technical and customer service support teams as part of the subscription. Their support is absolutely top notch.

We worked with one support engineer, Nirav C. who was absolutely spectacular. He was quick to respond. When we were anxious about setbacks and delivery timelines, Nirav got his team to work over the weekend to help us through a tight deliverable. The fixes and work done was clean and high quality.

Nirav, Laurel & the whole team are always very quick to respond to our requests and the app works perfectly with every theme we have used. I would highly recommend it.

Great Apps. Great customer service. I use multiple Bold Apps and they all work exactly how they should. Updates are always on top of the growing marketplace. I had some minor issues with the Options App. Used the Chat feature inside the App to talk to customer support right away. The escalated the issue immediately and said it might take up to 2 days to fix. Before the day ended I had a technician already look at the issue, apply a fix and it was resolved that next day.

Ahmed was Extremely helpful in setting up on my theme. Responsive if questions are asked. Any issues were resolved very quickly.

It is very easy to use, much simpler than what came with my shopping site. I have only 2 products that have multiple options, and it was worth uploading just for that, without this program i could not feature those products.
