SC Product Options

We use Bold Product Options for a number of our products and have always had great success with it. Additionally, their customer service is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

The App works great! As an low/average experienced coder I was able to install it my self. The team's customer service is amazing, always helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend Bold Apps

This app was just what I was looking for to offer a variety of options for my melamine prayer plates & personalized placemats. I am impressed that I can change options quickly within the app instead of having to edit each individual product. The support staff was quick and efficient in responding to both my request to install the app as well as to fix an issue I was having once it was installed. I would definitely recommend this app and this company!!

We have used Bold to configure our products giving us the opportunity to get increase selling, the support is very fast to resolve the issues and make you understand better the application.

Love this app - completes my website so that my clients can create highly customized jewelry right in their cart. Also wonderful customer service (Heyo Alina!!) -- they even helped get me back up and running when I accidentally deleted the app. Really great tool for any Shopify store that needs more than 3 variants.

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.

Fantastic App All The Way Around!!! On top of making it easy to offer simple options for our products, This app is allowing our vendors to offer customizable options that allow customers to create custom products based on the options they wish to offer, which opens up an entire new way for our customers to shop. This app is helping us to allow customers more incentive to shop with us compared to our competitors since our customers can create special custom products, unlike competition, which does not offer these types of abilities.

Only great things to say about this app. Not only is the functionality what we need to let customers select a gift box option, the installation is simple. We had a few customizations that needed to be implemented which was handled quickly and professionally. Great communication with the developer. Five Stars all around.
