SC Product Options

I use this app to help me with customization services on my products. It's fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. Rick, from customer service, was very quick to respond to my installation issues. Highly recommend!

The assistance provided by the Bold Team is amazing, the quick chat option is great for quick little questions and some harder lengthy items that need changing on our website is done in a timely manner with great communications during this process. The small videos sent to show how to fix it next time or to preview the changes made by the team is great.

I've been using this app a little over a year. At first, I felt this app was too expensive but over time it has been very valuable. I only use it for one product, my best seller, and the options for customization that it provides are great for making sure my customers get exactly what they want. When I recently switched themes, the Bold team made it so easy. Two times now I have needed their help with code customization issues and both times they have fixed everything on the back end very quickly, making it stress-free for me. Worth the cost!

We've used Bold Product Options for years to help add several important customizations to our shop's product pages. We've always appreciated the ease of use of the app, but even more so, the immediate help we get from the support team when needed. In particular, Jeff helped us out of a bind this morning! WOW! What a powerful app.
Easy to setup and answered all our wants when it comes to customer customization. Couldn't ask for much more in terms of variables control to be completely honest.

Oh and lets also mention the great support. Same day answering make it extremely easy to get our questions resolved. Looking forward to see more from Bold.

We have been using this app for over a year and it has yet to disappoint us! Bold helped us get everything set-up and truly answered all of our questions for us over the past year. For example, tonight we were having an issue which customers had messaged us about and GURI (the person I spoke with on live chat) was able to answer my questions and solve the issue in less than 5 minutes!
