SC Product Options

Edit: after dealing with Bold Apps for the last couple weeks, I wish I could change my previous review to 6 stars. They're amazing!!! So 5 Stars across the board. Everybody who helped me at this company did an amazing job, start to finish, in a timely manner. I will definitely work with them again. Particularly, in this case, Curtis and Tamer, both of whom were professional and prompt to respond. Nice work guys!

The app works great and it's easy to set up. The support is very helpful, Rick did a great job customizing the product fields to match the rest of the site!

I love this app and the ability to customize drop downs! The only disappointment that I have is that you can't add a charge to an item unless you have the better plan. Otherwise, it made my day to see that my customers had to fill in all the information to be able to proceed with their order.

I love, love, love the Product Options App!! Exactly what I need to customize my offerings. Very simple to use with easy navigation. I would, however, suggest upgrading to the higher plan as it allows for more flexibility in creating your options...particularly if you are looking to create up cost based on product variances. I would recommend the app...well worth it!

Had the Product Options Premium installed yesterday, it's an awesome app. Very easy to use, lots of possibilities and options. This app saves me lots of time and money. Moreover the Team Bold Apps services are outstanding, they are fast and very helpful.

Great app and great and great customer service from the team when I had questions regarding the app.

Love the Product Options App by Bold. After starting the trial they were quick to set up the App for us to use and it was super intuitive to use once I had to get in and customise what I was after. Along the way Bold support staff are always there to guide you, to help solve problems and they do this with the greatest customer service. The team is super professional. They operate like a tag team with your requests to keep them moving along so there's always someone working on it and communicating back and forth with their progress. In terms of the App, I love it. I was able to present options for our custom patina shoes that are super visual. Customers will have a much better user experience now thanks to the many options we were able to put at their disposal (all very visual too).

The end result is sharp and clean looking, very professional. You can check out one of our Product pages that uses the Product Options App at the link below. You'll notice how visual the swatches are. The Bold team can make them magnify on hover over too. Very happy, out best App team to deal with so far and there are many good ones out there we've discovered along the way so this team is doing a sensational job.

The only improvement for a future edition I would like to see is the option to allow a customer to upload more than one file at a time.

Great work Bold!

The support for this app has been first class. We needed an App to provide our customers with a number of options but also give us the ability to add further options in the future. Whilst it worked with our theme we had a few teething problems but the team resolved them - kept me informed and were able to demonstrate their changes by showing me a short video clip. Love the fact they're so helpful!

I am having trouble deciding whether I should simply rejoice to finally have the boundary-demolishing functionality of the Bold Apps wiz kids, or to break down in despair for having suffered for so long with the Shopify one-size-fits-all-have-these-people-ever-even-tried-to-run-an-ecommerce-store-themselves-how-could-it-possibly-not-have-this, since even with Product Options it may take a while for the recurring nightmares to stop.

Oh halelujah, Bold Apps Shappify Gods! You've done it again!
