Jeff rocks! He totally helped me out! We have struggled to get Shopify live - we have been using Product Cart for over 10 years. with over 50K SKUS, lot to move over and a lot of change. Looking forward to expanding how we use BOLD!

The app is great for allowing customization. There are some front-end learning curves, but the chat support feature has been a great tool for any questions I have.
I would rate the app 4 stars, but when I've needed help and gone through chat, a rep named Dylan has been so great that the overall experience is boosted to 5 stars!
I've had Dylan (chat/tech rep) help me multiple times, and he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to knock out any issues I'm having FAST!
As a customer, with limited html/website building knowledge, I can't ask for much more.

I was able to install Product Options by Bold with ease. I stumbled across a tiny bump during the process and they were able to provide immediate assistance. I am thoroughly impressed with this product and their customer support (Thank you MC & Alexa!)

We've tried several product option apps over the past 2 years but none of them come close to Bold Options. You can do pretty much anything imaginable with this app. On top of the great app, Bold provides better support than any other app company I've ever worked with. I can't recommend Bold Product Options enough.

PROS: It is good for stores who need multiple options to extend Shopifys 100 variant option barrier. Support via chat was responsive. Email support was within 24 hours for a response and a few days to implement but they were good overall.

CON: If you have hundreds of options in an option set with image swatches, it takes forever for it to sync with Bold's System to update the options on your store - so the spinning icon is on purpose - just wait for it to complete or go and do something else for a few hours. I may still have to use another app for what I need, but it seems to do what it is supposed to but with less options selected. I had 300 then 600 then 1400 and at all stages it takes forever for it to sync.

TIP: If you made an option set and it has hundreds of options and then you DUPLICATE that option set - when you update ONE of the option sets (it will update ALL of them, since you duplicated it) This will then take a very long time to update.

very complete app, had some issues with one of the product options but customer support was able to fix the issue.
