SC Product Options

There is always an issue with this app, 80% of the time the app is working ! But when it's done it's always hard to fix, indeed you definitly cannot count on the support. They answered in a week or when you already stop using the app ! I am not recommend it !

Literally just started with this app, but so far so good. Had an issue with the placement of the options on my product pages. I chatted with Nir and he fixed it right away.

I installed this app for customization options on the apparel we sell. Easy to install and set up. Works great! Their tech team even helped with appearance changes to match my store variants.

I just got Product Options and love all the flexibility it allows in my store. But what really impressed me is the customer support. I tried to do the install myself but must've made a mistake somewhere because it wasn't working when I got done. So I elected to have the Bold team check and correct my install which they did within a day! A secondly, I wasn't happy with how the page looked once it was done so I asked if there was a way to adjust the code and they did it immediately at no additional charge. This is some of the best support I've ever had on a third party app! Great job and thanks for an awesome app.

I have used this app on more than a dozen websites. I've tried others, but Bold Product Options is by far the best available. Not only does it have excellent advanced features and customizations, but the customer support is as good as you'll ever find!

Their support team helped dial in my shopify store for a successful launch. Great product, great people, great results.

Just installed premium version which is the $19.99 a month. Currently premium version of this app is the only way to add conditional logic to your product options i.e. having the options selected affect price or having different choices trigger further options. You have 2 options for installing it. One ids to do it yourself with instructions and the other is to pay them to install it which I think is $25 for regular and $50 for premium version.

I installed it myself which isn't to hard if you have fooled around with even basic code stuff before. I'm myself am a copy and paste guy and this install is pretty much all copy and paste. But it is not easy. When I tested it I did have one issue and had to go back and figure out where I messed up.

As far as how it works so far so good. I am looking for it to do something a bit more complex so I'm waiting for support to get back to me on that. 24 hours and I still haven't heard back yet:( That would be my only quibble. You can customize the look of the options to match your site's colors and what not so that's a plus.
