Bold's service has been incredible. I remember a few years ago when they just started. You can see that they have come from far and made it as one of the biggest Shopify App company.
They have an app for almost everything Shopify can't do out of the box.

Fantastic customer service. Had a very slight bug on ios products but Lawrence, Cole and Alexa spent 2 weeks working on it to resolve the issue which seemed to be largely due to another app anyway. I'm sold on bold. Worth the monthly cost for sure.
