SC Product Options

The staff with Bold Product Options is very efficient and responsive! So helpful with all questions and concerns. So happy I decided to work with this App.

I sell bedding which has to be one of the most PITA things to sell on line because every size option changes the price. Then we have options...for our options.

With that, the ONLY app I found that could do what we needed it to do was the Product Options app by BOLD. And holy smokes does it work.

In just over three days I had a few thousand SKU's inputted with conditional logic so somethings showed and some wouldn't based on what a client chose. It's just brilliant and looks amazing on the site.

And the Support. THE FREAKING SUPPORT! Amazing. So quick. I think the longest I have ever had to wait was...maybe...a minute. Alexa. Melody. And Tamer. All my favourites. They've even gone in the back end to tweak things quickly for me that needed tweaking. So helpful. So friendly.

I've read some of the one star reveiws on this list and have to say if you're getting one star service from these guys it's probably because you are a 100 Star PITA. It's physically impossible to have one star service from Canadians. It's just not in their DNA. I would give the team at Bold Apps a 6 Star Review if I could, they've just been THAT good.

I have only just started using Shopify, let alone getting apps but this app helps me to do what I need to. I had a TON of questions (that I knew were dumb) in the beginning and I chatted with Aman and he was way beyond helpful and SO kind. Thank you Aman! You made this process so much easier for me!

This app is unreal - we can list all of our options to our customers with great ease whereas before we would have to bundle all our variants together. This app gives us greater control and an option to add more finishes to our products in the future.

We had some trouble with the quantity selector and I popped on the live chat. I explained the situation and the problem was solved and fixed later that day!

Brilliant.

Paid the $40 (£30) for the installation - totally worth it if have any reservations on installing yourself. Very easy to configure, looks great on the pages and no doubt improves buyers shopping experience.
