I have tried all the top customizers with not much support until I found this one Zepto Product Personaliser.
Price is so much cheaper. I particularly love the way the customisation shows up in checkout page like others didn't and also be added to any any variants. Also I asked for support and they came back within minutes and messaged back as quick as I could send them.
Al Amin Khan, is so helpful, they didn't have any instructional video that would solve my issue getting started. Al Amin Khan actually made a video on Loom for same day showing exactly what I needed to do. Works perfect. Thanks again for going up and above. Highly recommend, seriously!

Zepto has been a great addition for customers to easily engrave our product. We sell Viking drinking horns and have the ability for customers to add both text and images to their hand engraved horns.

Other apps would never show the live product so the customers can see what it will actually look like in real life, but Zepto does!

They support has been amazing making quick changes when i need them. FIVE STARS!

I tried two other apps before landing on this product personalizer. Hands down the best of the 3 I tried! So much time and money wasted on the other two apps when I should have just started with this one. The customer service is amazing as well. Very responsive and always so friendly (even after my 10th email!). Setting up the conditional logic for some of my items took some time to get right, but once it was right...oh man did it work well and smooth!

Ok, I have tried quite a few of the personalised apps but this one does pretty much everything we need. This app is simple to use especially for basic customisations. The more advanced stuff is a bit trickier which is expected so you do have take some time to watch all the videos in order get understand the logic and play around with it.
The support is excellent, Al Amin has provided much needed support with an excellent knowledge base of the personaliser app. You just need to have some patience and ask for help if needed. I getting to grips with this now. It's not a one day learning curve but if your serious like i am Just play around and familiarise yourself the help is there and its easier than most for sure. We only sell personalized products and use this Personalizer for almost all of them. We have tried some others before this, but this one was the best one we came across. What is even better than the product itself is the fast and reliable customer service. Shoutout to Imran! If they are not in the live chat, you still usually get a response pretty quickly by mail. They are always very helpful and could help me with any problems I have encountered so far, and there were many. Thank you!

This product is delivering what we need. We had a specific set of criteria and I tried numerous other products that didn't fit. This ticks almost all our requirements. The UI is very functional but gets the job done. Well done guys, and look forward to seeing how it evolves over time!

This is the only app that I could find that allowed me to create a personalizer tool with multiple product variations.

It is easy to use, and customer service is always able to help me if I can't figure something out; they are very fast in their response time.

I couldn't offer my products the way I do without Zepto as a part of my Shopify store.

I tried a few product personaliser apps and this one is by far the best I found. It was pretty easy to set up and has tonnes of personalisation options to choose from.

I was especially impressed with the help provided by the app staff. I emailed a few times about styling the app to fit within our design and they were always polite and responsive.

We have started to use the Product Personalizer to offer our customers the option to not only sign their products, but also offer other customization options as different colors. It's a very extensive app with lot of options which is a bit overwhelming in the beginning but offers a lot of options. But if you have any problems their amazing customer support team is always close by to help. In short: excellent app and excellent support service!

Tried a lot of personalize / customize apps but this one has all for a decent price. They are working to get the design even better and if my customers are able to move their logo themselves I would give six stars. Support is great and fast!
