Klasse Support. Bisher wurde das Problem am gleichen Tag gelöst. Mir fehlt noch ein bisschen die Flexibilität für den Kunden. Z.B. Text innerhalb eines Bereiches verschieben zu können. Ansonsten alles super

Rather hit & miss, causes website to crash totally when item is added to basket, the additional fee on the item is not added either, support is a bit slow on replying. The concept is good, however the execution is not the best. Will to reinstall if they can resolve the issues. For now I will uninstall

We struggled for three days attempting to configure this app, and unfortunately, when seeking assistance from their support team, we encountered a series of unhelpful responses. Ultimately, we managed to resolve the issues independently, but this led to the product page displaying incorrectly. The placement of the "add to cart" button was distorted, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I strongly advise against installing this app and recommend saving your valuable time.

I absolutely love this app! I have tried just about all of the custom preview apps that are available on shopify right now. I have a custom embroidery and personalization website so all of my products have some kind of personalization on them. Most of the apps that I tried before this one were both extremely complicated and had very poor support to back them up. I was really about to give up on the whole thing. But I decided to give it one last try with this app. Honestly my expectations were not high. But I am so impressed. I had some issues that I had to work out and the support team got back to me right away with solutions for just about everything. They were quick in their responses and gave me workable solutions. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who wants custom previews on their site!
