I am trying to use this but am stuck and it takes 12 hours for a person to respond, ask a question, and then another 12 hours. And their tutorials are from 4-6 years ago, different version.
It's been many days we are receiving less orders than usual without any reason, so we increased our advertisement on social media with little result...
This morning one of our collaborators discovered that many products (it seems randomly, there is no criteria we can explain) are affected by the error of not showing the preview and blocking the possibility to buy or the font is not working properly.
I made many videos and many screenshots reporting this problem.

For this problem We lost and We are losing orders and this situation is unacceptable!
Hi, For some server schedule maintenance the issue had arisen. The issue has been solved now. Hope you consider this issue and update the review
It's giving direct error! It is not loading on the website, and when entering the application it gives error 500 or this error: Connection failed: Too many connections. This error is directly impacting sales!!!
Often modify a place, but other problems that did not work. After the modification, the relevant functions were not fully tested. More than one month has passed, and the communication response is slow!!!

I WOULD SAY THAT THE SUPPORT FOR THIS APP IS VERY POOR IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HAVING SPENT A LONG TIME GETTING TO GRIPS WITH THIS APP, THEY NOW TELL ME THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN HAVE, IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE SERVICE YOU RECIEVE

When this app works, its great.
Unfortunately, it regularly breaks. eg uploaded fonts suddenly don't display correctly after working for months/years. Advice from the support team is "just re-upload the font with a new name". That's fine, but why did it break in the first place?
No warnings that it's broken, other than emails from potential customers. I wish I could rely on it to work consistently. Unfortunately I will need to be looking for a more stable solution.
We were initially excited about the app because it did most of what we wanted. However it has a habit of freezing up and we can't upload large photos.
Support has been of minimal help.

Applications full of bugs and non-existent support, this application will make you lose customers. If support responds within 1 week, you are lucky.

unfortunately this app did work for us! we pay the subscription and even paying for it the app with get disconnected from out items and our clients were not able to personalize their product...

This app has been charging me for about a year fraudulent because the app has been uninstalled for that period of time.
