So far they have been a great help. The app is intuitive and easy to work with. Still in testing during the trial period but so far I'm liking it.

although I had some difficulty trying to achieve what I wanted the support team were fantastic to help me achieve exactly what I wanted. Even with all of my terrible explanations of what I was trying to achieve. would recommend to app to anyone who wants to eliminate sending drafts to customers to approve personalisation

Great app, very intuitive. Support is great really patient and answers quickly. I needed to add a price option for text addition, they installed it on my shopify for free.
