Please check your app now. There is no stability with your app. So how can our customers experience and buy?
Thanks for taking the time to review. Our server got attacked by DDOS repeatedly by some culprits. We had done what to be done. Due to the external attack of a huge spam load towards our server, they were able to slow down it for a couple of hours. They tried from multiple IPS. We have taken all technical measures suggested by the server team and finally detected all the IPS and block them by Cloudflare. Hope you understand our situation
This app is very in-depth with a lot of amazing features to achieve almost any kind of product customization that you require. Not only is the app amazing, but so is their support team. Their team was a huge help to getting our customization setup properly. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed!
Had some setup issues that I needed help with and some update wishes. Contacted support and they help me right away with making the layout as I wanted. My best recommendations.
had several issues with this app, and support keeps blaming the theme. I changed theme 3 times - issues still persist
issues are happening in the cart, these issues are triggered when one or more products are added:
-no items in cart even if I added items
-items in cart do not update when new product is added
-items that other people customized appear in my cart, items that I did not customize
Your site seems to have become static from the Shopify server. It seems a Shopify Bug. Please contact Shopify support.
The App works flawless with many clever features and effective ways to multiply a template and put it over different products. But i have to take a moment to especially appreciate their quick, professional, kind and hard working support. They speak perfect english, take their time, help with everything patiently and are just good, hard working people who appreciate you as a customer, which i am very thankful for! So: Thank you guys, keep up the great work! You helped us a lot ;)
This app is amazing!! It offers so many customization options, it was perfect for my needs. There were issues along the way and the customer service was excellent. Always a response within a few hours and always a solution! I'd recommend this app wholeheartedly!
If you need to personalize products, in mass, then this is the App to use! We have worked with a number of personalization tool and Product Personalizer is the only one we found that provides the ability to apply a personalization template across 100s to 1000s of products. Their support is very responsive and the tool is straight forward to use.

This app is fairly sophisticated, so I initially was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get it to look and work the way I like. But after watching Zepto's videos, and a little bit of their customer service (which is excellent by the way), I was up and running, confident I could get the results I wanted without too much struggle. Thank you so much, Zepto team, for a great product and great customer service!!!
Great App ! The bulk configuration is very efficient. It may be improved with import/export templates and with drag and drop text fields on the customization. Great support too.
