So far they have been a great help. The app is intuitive and easy to work with. Still in testing during the trial period but so far I'm liking it.

although I had some difficulty trying to achieve what I wanted the support team were fantastic to help me achieve exactly what I wanted. Even with all of my terrible explanations of what I was trying to achieve. would recommend to app to anyone who wants to eliminate sending drafts to customers to approve personalisation

Great app, very intuitive. Support is great really patient and answers quickly. I needed to add a price option for text addition, they installed it on my shopify for free.

It's giving direct error! It is not loading on the website, and when entering the application it gives error 500 or this error: Connection failed: Too many connections. This error is directly impacting sales!!!

This is a wonderful app. It does take time and patience to set up but once you get the hang of it it's actually fairly simple and really powerful. Support was fast (via chat) I'm still setting up new designs and finding out what and how I can make this app really work for me but so far - it's great!!
