This APP has a great layout that makes site reviews look very professional. I reached out to support with a question and was thrilled with the quick response that completely resolved my issue.
Can't recommend this one. Keeps sending out emails to old orders. Even those that have already posted a review. Leaves a bad taste in our customer's mouths.
Therefore, we have deleted it.
AMAZING and FAST customer service from Tommy and the team, way above and beyond. Has all the features you'd want, with triggers from AfterShip so you time the request perfectly. I spent ages researching the best tool and can honestly say, this looked the best initially, and now I'm a customer my decision has been ratified!

This review app has been helpful for our store so far. We're generating regular reviews with it. Unfortunately, it's quite locked down for the free version, and you only get a few email review requests before you "hit your free limit." We just upgraded to a paid version soon to unlock customer photos, a higher review number threshold, etc. Overall, would recommend. Not "Amazed", but it's good and we're happy.
they have great customer service! i emailed them and within 20 minutes they had emailed me back. super fast reply and very helpful!
