EDIT: Tommy sold the company and now whoever took over has slashed their customer support to non-existant. It used to be minutes to hours before getting help, now it's days to weeks. Really disappointed with the level of service now, to the point where we are considering moving to a different reviews platform. HANDS DOWN, the best review app for Shopify. Tommy Ong and his team worked relentlessly to make me a happy customer. I'm not sure this guy even sleeps - he often responded within minutes (at midnight, during the day). And he did everything he could to custom script a solution for me. Not only that, but I transitioned from another reviews platform with ZERO hiccups. They handled it all for me within a day. Hats off to the team at Stamped, you have an amazing product and support team!

We recently switched from another reviews collection platform to Stamped.io and we are very pleased with Stamped's service, speediness, and dedication to timely resolutions. Switching was fast and easy. The Stamped team is extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. Great platform with lots of extra perks that would have cost additional money from a competitor, but are standard and included in Stamped's offerings.

SUPER excited for this app. I just recently received reviews on my site and was looking for a way to automate a couple things. The Premium level has everything I needed. I love the Facebook Page Review Tab and that I can entice my customers to leave a review by sending them a coupon. Customer server helped with all my questions with a really quick response time. Thank you!

Stamped has really helped us build credibility by allowing our customers to share their experiences. The Customer Service has been above and beyond and would recommend this to anyone as our review software of choice.

I used this app to help me post reviews on my site. I believe it would be better if it had more customization options. For example, font size, font type... And also if you could delete a review directly from the product page.

Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

it seems the quality has decreased over the last year or so. While the support is still decent and the folks there are willing to help, the app and widgets are just so terribly slow and buggy. They often don't load at all or only after waiting for more than 10 to 15 seconds (which is waaaay too long in this day and age)

The backend is the same; it's just slow and clunky. Please fix the speed and the bugs or I'll be forced to move to a different app.

Excellent App, 5 stars. I asked if they could remove the empty stars if a product didn't have any reviews yet. They responded within an hour and fixed it the same day.. Absolutely great support! I'm really happy I found you guys, keep it up!

It is a great app. Works perfectly and has lots of functionalities. And, if that was not enough, the support team is a 10/10. They help you with everything you need! :D
