If I could give this app more than 5 stars I would. The customer service is outstanding! I upgraded to the premium version so I could import old orders, but I was given service as if I was paying the highest price. Truly remarkable. Not only did they unlock options for me, but they also VOLUNTEERED to make customization changes and code alterations without asking me to upgrade even once! Rachelle and Tommy- thank you personally for being so helpful, generous and quick to respond!
UPDATE: I have now been using the add for almost a year and it is great! The customer service is the best! The team responds so quickly and can always help. They have also created new features that are very useful for a growing business. Highly recommend this app!
Great app and customer service! What I loved about the app the most is that you have full control and the ability to send out your review requests manually or automatically. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a review app for their website. It works great and the customer service team is wonderful and very helpful!

Easy to use, easy to set this app up in Shopify, offers pretty much everything we need at this moment.
The stamped review app is a fantastic way of automating the review process with some neat features as you upgrade. For us, it would be really great if there was a way we could set review reminders at different intervals for different products . As we have products that are consumed quickly and a follow up helps, but also others that require far longer.

I wanted this app to collect customer reviews, but it is very costly and the free version only allows for reviews on 50 orders.
