Great app that complements the free Product Review app by Shopify!

Really excellent support. I tried adding the review rich snippet code to my website without success and they did it within a couple hours of sending a support request!

Amazing app for collecting reviews, their support is very quick to help and assist in anyway. Would absolutely recommend them. We have had a steller experience across all fronts!

In a word, awesome sauce! Ok, that was two words. So by now you've probably heard why this app is so highly rated but until you implement you won't know why. You'll be especially impressed if you've used other platforms in the past.

I was on another ecommerce platform and the options were limited. I was using Yotpo. For $30/mo I was paying for basic reviews, questions/comments section. Ok, not bad. But in order to get pictures submitted, I had to use another platform and let's say it cost me four times as much as Product Reviews Addon and wasn't nearly as good.

OK, the cost alone makes this five stars right away but cost isn't everything. In this case, the variety of widgets makes it five stars. The layout of the back end makes it five stars. The cool features like checkout comments (I'm on the Premium platform) makes it five stars. Also the ability to group certain products that are related so they all share the same review. Why don't the others think of this?! Finally, the responsiveness and speed of the customer services makes it seven stars.

I feel like I've been ripped off by other platforms in the past. But it does give me great perspective when I come across an app like this. They've simplified the process, gave it a fair price, and made it beneficial for the business owner. What more can I say other than this is a no-brainer. Get it!

What a wonderful product with excellent customer support. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a robust yet easy to use tool to collect reviews.

Had some issues with how to bulk import many reviews. The customer service team was amazing, very prompt and friendly willing to help with the issues I faced and fixed my problems completely.

Get this app! You won't be disappointed. Support has been fabulous and the service it provides is invaluable.
