This app is essential for my business and it is great. I am currently using the free plan but there are so many other exciting items in the paid plan, I have no problem paying. I had an issue with the app itself and the staff were on it and rectified the problem for me. Definitely a company to use if you want a decent product review app xx

Can't be happier with the customer service! I had Tommy Ong help me and this man legit customized this to even the smallest request I'd ask him. He always replied in under 5 minutes and seriously has outdone himself!! I have never received better customer service than this. This 5 star rating is solely based on how outstanding the service was!!

Wow, the app just keeps getting better and better, with new features and updates, but the service also cannot be beaten. I had a non-priority issue that was addressed and fixed within 6 minutes today! Love the app, love what it's doing for our SEO rankings, SO worth the money especially compared to other similar solutions, and love the service. Great company and great solution for user-generated content and customer reviews.
