I choose my apps based on functionality and support offered. When I ran into troubles getting this app setup their support team quickly resolved my issue. Actually, they have quickly resolved my issues multiple times.

Super helpful app for allowing customers to leave reviews on your shopify store! The installation was a bit tricky to get exactly as we wanted, but the whole team at Stamped.io was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process of helping me implement customizations.
I use this app first for free and it has been really helpfull but in my store we need to make an email so constantly that I had to use the $15 monthly. It has helped alot!
Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back if we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!

Stamped.io not only is a great app and helps show your customers that you're official, "stamped" so to speak, etc. But most of all I'm doing this reviews because of all the help they gave me this weekend. I was having trouble with my coding and Rachelle helped me throughout the weekend. Huge fans of this team. Thank you guys!
I am having a great experience with this review app. What's impressive is how quickly and precisely they provide support via email. I wanted to implement a series of customizations and they quickly supported us.
Strongly recommended and quite flexible! I can now automatically send to my clients a request for a product review and display reviews on my shopify using several customizable widgets.
