Great app. Enough features in the free app to be dangerous as well. Would recommend to anyone just for the email review request automations.

J'utilise cette application depuis que je suis freelance et que je développe des sites ecommerce pour des clients, et je la préfère à Judge.me que j'ai essayé d'installer mais que je n'ai pas trouvé intuitive. Surtout avec la dernière mise à jour qui permet d'ajouter sous forme de blocs les étoiles, l'encart des avis où l'on veut sur les fiches produits. Je trouve ça normal qu'il y est des frais pour certaines fonctionnalités, il faut bien faire vivre l'équipe aussi :) En tout cas pour débuter sur Shopify, c'est gratuit et facile à installer ! Ensuite plus on a de commandes, plus le forfait évolue mais c'est le jeu, c'est un "bon" problème :)
Very friendly sales and support staff. 100times better than yotpo in many aspects (pricing, usability, features).

Amazing app. I would definitely go for this one in conjunction with the Shopify Reviews app. Even on the free level it gives you the very important SEO benefit of having reviews. I am a paid subscriber and they are adding new features all the time and improving. Thanks!

By far the best review app you can use! It does everything you need, and more. Great to start out for a growing business, and then grow into more features as you can afford it and your business gets bigger. Not only that - the customer service is extremely responsive, and help you out to customize or make the program perfect for your business.
